It is important to note the following:
If you are a landlord or property owner with tenant(s) in the mentioned area or are on a common meter and the PG&E bill is in your name, it is your responsibility to notify the tenant(s) of the planned service interruption. If unsafe weather conditions or an unforeseen emergency force us to cancel work we will do our best to contact customers. However, there may be circumstances when we will not be able to notify you of the cancellation.
Safety Warning: If you plan to use a generator during the service interruption, you must isolate your generator from PG&E’s system. Failure to do so will not only damage your generator, but can cause serious injury to our electric crew personnel. For more information visit: https://www.pge.com
