The Milpitas Unified School District is providing the following electronic version of documents for the contractor’s convenience. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check this site and obtain all updates.
 
Any conflicts, ambiguities or discrepancies between the electronic set and the hard copy set available for review shall be governed and construed in favor of the hard copy set of documents. The District is not responsible for any formatting or other issues in viewing the electronic set of documents. A hard copy set of plans and drawings is available for bidders to review in person at the MUSD Office located at 1331 E Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas, CA 95035.

If you wish to be added to Milpitas USD's pre-qualification and/or CUPCCAA list, please see the information below. All GCs and MEPs for projects over $1 million MUST be prequalified. Your pre-qualification and/or CUPCCAA documents must be sent to Kelly Ng at kng@musd.org or 1331 E Calaveras Blvd, Rm 209, Milpitas, CA  95035.
